Responsibilities Source and engage Dutch-speaking candidates through various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to understand candidates' skills, experiences, and career aspirations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Understand client requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies to attract the right talent.
Provide candidates with guidance and support throughout the entire recruitment process, from application to offer.
Collaborate with the team to develop recruitment initiatives and improve overall service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in the recruitment database, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
