Main DutiesDevelop and uphold important clientele partnerships, aiding clients in reaching their targets with strong marketing tactics.Learn and develop skills in digital sales and marketing through comprehensive educational programs.Analyze clientele needs and present solutions to drive success in advertising campaigns.Suggest products and optimizations to increase clientele satisfaction and results.Collaborate with a supportive crew focused on growth, learning, and clientele success.Track and report clientele performance to help them reach business objectives. Salary & Benefits3,050 EUR gross per month (includes a base salary of 2,750 EUR and a 300 EUR Dutch language bonus).Performance-based bonuses up to 7,500 EUR annually.Relocation bonus: up to 1,900 EUR for moving from outside Germany (paid with your first paycheck) or up to 700 EUR if relocating within Germany (over 100 km from Berlin).Note: Flight reimbursements and accommodation support are not provided.
