Role Overview:In this role, you will be vital in creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google's platforms.
Your Dutch language skills will be crucial for tailoring campaigns to Dutch-speaking audiences.
Key Responsibilities:Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video formats.Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviors in Dutch-speaking regions.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure KPIs are met, and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).Content Coordination: Collaborate with content creators to ensure that ad copy, landing pages, and creative materials align with campaign objectives and target audience preferences.Client Support: Help account managers communicate with clients, providing updates and addressing any campaign-related inquiries.Ad Optimization: Implement strategies for improving ad performance through methods such as A/B testing, keyword adjustments, and bid management.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of campaign strategies, performance, and insights for future reference and planning.Requirements:Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience: Prior experience with Google Ads or similar digital marketing platforms is a significant advantage.Technical Skills: Knowledge of tools such as Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics.Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate complex information and interact effectively with team members and clients.Team Player: Collaborative and comfortable working both remotely and in-office.Adaptability: Flexible and able to manage tasks effectively in a hybrid work environment.What We Offer:Competitive Salary: An attractive salary package based on your experience and skills.Relocation Package: For candidates moving from abroad or another city, we offer a relocation package that includes two months of studio accommodation in Barcelona and flight tickets.Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within our forward-thinking company.Insurance Benefits: Comprehensive health and life insurance coverage.
