Collaborate with team members to ensure effective project execution and timely delivery of services. Document interactions and maintain accurate records to support efficient workflow. Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and updates to enhance team performance. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service quality. Fluency in Dutch with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Prior experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving client inquiries. Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
