What you'll do: Develop and execute strategic digital advertising plans aligned with client goals.  Provide expert guidance on Google Ads products and best practices.  Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.  Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.  Stay up-to-date on industry trends and Google product innovations.  What you'll need: Native-level Dutch and fluency in English.  Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC campaigns.  Strong sales and negotiation skills.  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.  A data-driven mindset and analytical skills.  What we offer: Salary starts from 24,310 EUR gross per year, plus a bonus potential of up to 4,290 EUR.  Hybrid work model in Barcelona.  Comprehensive relocation package.  Extensive training and development opportunities ( 4 weeks of intense introduction training on Google Ads and specific sales training.)
