Responsibilities Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
Build and maintain a vast network of candidates through proactive outreach and engagement across various platforms.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for different roles.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and workplace culture.
Utilize recruitment tools and social media to attract and engage a diverse pool of talent.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and constructive feedback.
Stay informed on industry trends to continually enhance recruitment strategies.
Requirements Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Available for a 3 months fully paid training in Greece.
