Responsibilities Source and attract Dutch-speaking candidates through various channels. Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' language and skills proficiency. Maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and culture. Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients. Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement. Provide feedback to candidates after interviews and maintain a positive experience. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Understanding of the job market and industry trends. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads. *
