Key Responsibilities Source, identify, and attract high-quality candidates for various roles in the Dutch region. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements and preferences. Utilize various channels, including social media and job boards, to proactively source candidates. Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and informative experience. Present qualified candidates to clients, clearly highlighting their strengths and suitability for the role. Minimum Requirements Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
