Role Requirements:
Bilingual proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2/Native) and English (B2/C1).Previous experience in customer support, particularly in technical assistance or IT help desk roles.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player in a remote setting.Adaptability to changes in processes and information.Willingness to undergo a background screening.Proven experience in customer communication via email and phone.Strong familiarity with external systems and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, internet applications).
