What will you do on a daily basis?
Advise and recommend to customers the packages and plans best suited to their needs;
Answer customers' questions and requests concerning services and products and their functionalities;
Manage billing;
Handle customer requests, disputes, and claims;
Manage customer accounts;
Revert the call to a sale.
What is the required profile?
An advanced level of the Dutch language;
Prior experience in customer service is a plus;
A clean criminal record;
A strong motivation to work in Morocco on the long-term.
