Dutch Speaking Customer Service Executive

Our client is a fast-growing company that specializes in the automobile industry. They are currently looking for an experienced Dutch-speaking Customer Service Executive to join their friendly and supportive team based in central London. This is a great opportunity to be part of a thrilling industry, where you will have the chance to develop your knowledge. This position is a permanent role and offers a hybrid scheme, working 2 or 3 days in the office.
Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service and selling tickets, as well as upselling across the Dutch market.Ensuring that all enquiries via telephone, email, and chat are responded to in a timely manner.Working closely and cooperatively with other departments of the company.Translating website content from English to Dutch.About you: The successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual, confident and well-spoken in Dutch, as you will be dealing with a variety of customers. As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Executive, you will become part of a diverse, friendly, and motivated team within a fast-growing multinational organisation.
