Position: Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Agent Location: Athens, Greece (On-site or Remote) Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

Resolve customer inquiries, offer solutions, and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Assist with product information, orders, and general service-related questions.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements: Native or fluent in Dutch (written and spoken).

Good communication skills in English.

Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.

Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.

Ability to work either on-site in Athens or remotely from within Greece.
