Main tasks:Take incoming calls from boutiques and shops via telephone and resolve demands.Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor.Follow all the processes and procedures of the project.Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams.Liaise with Supervisors/ Mentors on specific projects where requested.Understand and comply with administrative duties including holiday, sickness and overtime forms in a timely and accurate manner.Attend regular Team Meetings.Work on additional tasks required by Supervisor or Mentor connected to keeping up the service performance, quality and customer satisfaction.Hours and Benefits:39 hours/week (rotating shift): Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 19:00Temporary contractSalary: 18.000 Euros gross/year + up to 1.200 Euros gross/yearOngoing trainingPossibility to grow within the companyStart date: ImmediateHolidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)Requirements:Fluent English and DutchGood disposition to work in a customer service environmentCustomer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' needsAbility to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolutionPersonal abilities:Resistant to stressVery good communication skillsAbility to work in a teamLogical approach to problem solvingAbility to work on own initiativeAbility to adapt to different situations and needs
