The company Our client specialises in designing, manufacturing, and retailing miniature wargames - they are one of the largest toy and game manufacturers in the world! For their new offices in Barcelona, Spain, they are looking for language speakers to join their international Telesales team.
The Role As a Business Development Manager you will work in a high volume outbound cold calling role where you will reach out to potential independent retailers. You will be tasked to identify key contacts and swiftly establish strong connections and demonstrate the benefits of partnering with our client. Ultimately, you will need to understand their needs and successfully close sales on the B2B offerings. This is a target driven role that suits someone who will thrive in an outbound sales environment and who is motivated to exceed targets.
Requirements We are looking for candidates who have:
Fluency in Dutch and EnglishPrevious experience in an outbound sales roleCompleted higher educationTarget driven and wants to exceed targetsSalary, benefits and relocation package Excellent competitive basic salary of EUR 35,000 gross p/a plus uncapped commission (OTE 40,600 EUR gross p/a). Fantastic relocation support, which will be a relocation bonus of 10% of your basic annual salary paid out with your first salary.
