Your tasks include helping customers set up accounts, resolving transaction issues, identifying and escalating fraud cases, and ensuring overall satisfaction.You'll also play a key role in onboarding new clients and improving internal processes.Who We're Looking For:Native Dutch speakers with at least a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and experience in customer-facing roles.
