Excellent opportunity to join this expanding company, dealing with customers over the phone, advising them to ensure they are receiving the right products and maximising revenue. The role will require calling customers regularly to obtain repeat orders.
Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to advise on products and services.Obtain repeat orders through regular calls.Work on own initiative and as part of a team.Qualifications: Native level Dutch and fluent English.One of the following languages: French, Italian, Swedish, Spanish, Polish, Norwegian, Romanian, Slovak, Czech, Finnish, Greek, Portuguese, or Danish.Essential to have a driving licence.Educated to degree level.Excellent customer service skills.Interest in account management/sales.This is an office-based role in Barcelona, so candidates must be willing to relocate there if not already located in the area.
