Responsibilities Engage with Dutch-speaking customers both in-store and online, providing exceptional sales and customer support. Understand customer needs and recommend products that match their preferences and expectations. Maintain an expert knowledge of our product offerings, promotions, and brand values. Document all customer interactions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to optimize the customer experience and drive sales performance. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Contribute to showcasing and displaying products to attract potential buyers. Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Previous experience in sales and customer service, preferably in retail or luxury sectors. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. A customer-centric approach and problem-solving mindset.
