You'll be responsible for providing a great customer experience by providing support until the sale is finalized. Your daily work includes tasks like these:

Conduct competent advice and sales discussions with pre-qualified customer leads Receive the lead from the marketing team Ensure that pre-sales processes run smoothly and give a positive experience to the future client Handle the sales processes and focus on giving the client a positive experience Your qualifications You speak Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

Experience in presales, sales, and customer service in a multi-channel environment.

You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and focus on sales affinity.

You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
