WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE You are the first person a potential customer will speak with when they call us - you must give the best first impression of AnyTech365.You will perform a remote computer or IoT (Internet of Things) device security check – using our professional toolkit to scan the device.You will give a security and performance diagnosis and provide suggestions to the potential customer.You will convert inbound calls into loyal customers and transfer the customer to level 2 technicians to provide comprehensive service.REQUIREMENTS Native level of Dutch.Previous experience in sales.Communication and social skills.High level of English.Passionate about technologies.Outgoing.Be able to perform!
