We provide our agents with the tools and support they need to succeed.

).Comprehensive training and ongoing support.We handle marketing and admin - focus solely on sales.Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional service to clients from initial contact to property acquisition.- Conduct online meetings and create personalized property tours.- Show properties, negotiate deals, and assist clients with legal representation.- Keep clients updated on property and market changes.What we offer:Ongoing training and full support from Sales Managers and Back Office.Commission starting from 30%.Receive dedicated support from Sales Managers and Back Office staff.Get a local phone number for client communication with free unlimited calls.Requirements:Must have experience in the real estate industry and knowledge of Costa Blanca.Familiarity with Costa Blanca's areas, especially key regions.Must have a driver's license and access to a car.Open to working in the office 2-3 days per week for training and support purposes.Fluency in English is a must.
