Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed. Familiarity with computer systems and software applications for data entry, ticketing, and reservation management. Knowledge of the local area and tourist attractions is a plus.
