We are urgently seeking a Dutch Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, where you'll help businesses launch and optimize their first online advertising campaigns and make a real difference.
Purpose of the Role:
As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you'll work closely with a portfolio of new clients to help them craft their first digital advertising campaigns.
Your role is to provide strategic advice and support to maximize the potential of their online ads, ensuring they see a strong return on investment.
It's a fast-paced, target-driven environment where you'll work toward individual goals as part of a larger team of campaign experts.
Key Responsibilities: Be a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the process of creating and optimizing their PPC campaigns.Understand each client's needs and business objectives to develop tailored advertising strategies.Drive client success by increasing campaign spending, upselling additional services, and ensuring sustainability.Manage a high volume of client interactions daily through phone calls, offering strategic insights and support.Requirements: BA/BS degree or equivalent (a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising, with a focus on campaign management.Passion for exceeding targets and driving client success through high-quality campaigns.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch over the phone and craft compelling proposals.Strong time management and organizational skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.C2-level proficiency in Dutch and a high level of English.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while collaborating as part of a team.Benefits: Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).Competitive salary: 23,876 EUR gross/year + up to 3,408 EUR gross/year in bonuses.Hybrid work model in vibrant Barcelona.Permanent contract with relocation support for candidates moving to Barcelona.2-3 weeks of in-depth training on advertising products and sales strategies.Referral program: Bring a friend and earn up to 2,000 EUR.Excellent work environment with a collaborative team and opportunities for personal development.Office with sea views, located at the World Trade Center in Barcelona.Ready to take your digital marketing skills to the next level?
