Inbound Sales Agent for Dutch Market Position Overview As an Inbound Sales Agent, you will cater to our valued Dutch clients, creating unforgettable experiences. Your role involves providing exceptional customer service, showcasing our products and services, meeting sales targets, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Your tasks Answering Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers interested in booking holidays, making reservations, or seeking information about the facilities, accommodations, activities, and pricing offered by our client.Providing Information and Assistance: Be knowledgeable about various aspects of our client, including its locations, accommodation options, recreational activities, dining options, and special offers. Provide accurate and detailed information to customers.Upselling and Cross-selling: Upsell and cross-sell additional services or upgrades to customers, including upgrades to premium accommodations, recommending additional activities or dining options, or suggesting add-on packages.Processing Bookings and Reservations: Process bookings and reservations, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately and that the customer's preferences are met.Handling Customer Concerns and Queries: Address queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions that meet the customer's needs while adhering to company policies.Following Up on Leads: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources, converting interested prospects into paying customers.Maintaining Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of bookings, inquiries, and complaints.Your profile High proficiency in Dutch (C2 level).Thoroughness, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills.At least 1 year's successful initial sales experience.Known for elocution, adaptability, stress resistance, and good oral communication skills.Solid commercial skills and a positive attitude.Dynamic, a team player, and good self-control.Love challenges.Benefits The chance to join a prominent industry-leading company with a dynamic and highly motivated team.Prospects for professional advancement and growth, bolstered by comprehensive training programs and avenues for internal promotion.A collaborative and adaptable work environment that fosters creativity and innovation.Location: Barcelona (Spain)
