As an Inbound Sales Agent, you will cater to our valued Dutch clients, creating unforgettable experiences. Your role involves providing exceptional customer service, showcasing our products and services, meeting sales targets, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Your TasksAnswering Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers interested in booking holidays, making reservations, or seeking information about facilities, accommodations, activities, and pricing.Providing Information and Assistance: Be knowledgeable about various aspects of our client, including locations, accommodation options, recreational activities, dining options, and special offers.Upselling and Cross-selling: Upsell and cross-sell additional services or upgrades to customers.Processing Bookings and Reservations: Process bookings and reservations for customers, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately.Handling Customer Concerns and Queries: Address queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.Following Up on Leads: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.Maintaining Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of bookings, inquiries, and complaints.Your ProfileHigh proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)Thoroughness, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills.At least 1 year's successful initial sales experience.Known for elocution, adaptability, stress resistance, and good oral communication skills.Solid commercial skills and a positive attitude.Dynamic, a team player, and good self-control.Enjoy challenges.BenefitsOpportunity to join a prominent industry-leading company with a dynamic and highly motivated team.Prospects for professional advancement and growth, bolstered by comprehensive training programs and avenues for internal promotion.A collaborative and adaptable work environment that fosters creativity and innovation.Location: Barcelona (Spain)
