Dutch Growth Specialist

We are very excited to announce an exciting new role for our client in Spain. If you are a fluent Dutch speaker who is driven by data then we are looking for you! This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful sea-side city of Barcelona. If you like the sun, sea, culture and good food then this coastal city has lots to offer you!
As a Growth Specialist you will represent a global business communications platform where you will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities and profiling prospective customers that you have researched from various online sources and tools provided by Marketing and Sales partners. Besides this you will conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition. Providing weekly reporting / analysis of your work in a presentable format is also part of your tasks. This is not a phone based role but a pure market research analytical role that would suit a fresh graduate.
The successful Growth Specialist has:
Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English
Previous experience and/or study in (digital) marketing, market research, business administration or similar fieldAnalytical
Self-motivated who is confident, competitive and proactive
The interview process for this role is done remotely via video calls so no need to come to Barcelona until you are successful! Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate which will include, flight to Barcelona, airport pick up and 1 month accommodation on arrival. Furthermore there is a fantastic on boarding team in Barcelona that will assist you with finding accomodation and help you settle in your new city.
