Your RoleFor one of the biggest names in employee benefits, we are looking for a customer care agent who speaks either Flemish or Dutch with English. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, outbound calls, and administrative tasks.
Daily TasksProvide customer service regarding vouchers for services used for cleaning, ironing, grocery shopping, and transport for disabled people.Answer incoming calls and emails about voucher usage, ordering, reimbursement, and exchange.Register and log into the website.Handle change of personal data.Resolve issues such as orders not arriving or clients not receiving cheques.Request fiscal certificates for taxes.Provide information about the legal conditions of voucher usage.Act as a connection between the regions, cleaning companies, and customers.RequirementsFluent in Dutch or Flemish (oral and written).Proficient in English.Experience with CRM systems & MS Office.Very good written skills.Diploma of Secondary Education.Contact center experience is an asset.Social-communicative skills: Persuasiveness, customer orientation, communication, and effective listening.Intellectual competencies: Analytical thinking and continuous learning.Emotional competencies: Positive thinking, self-motivation, and self-confidence.Task-oriented competencies: Quality of work, flexibility, sales ability, result-orientation, and multitasking.Our OfferPaid training.Fun, people-oriented call center.Market-based basic salary.Growth opportunities.Relocation package.Location: Work from home, Greece.
