You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, outbound calls, and administrative tasks.Daily Tasks:Calls are always with priority.Provide customer service related to vouchers for services used for cleaning, ironing, grocery shopping, and transport for disabled people.Answer incoming calls and emails about voucher usage, ordering, reimbursement, and exchange.Register and log into the website.Manage changes of personal data.Handle orders that did not arrive.Assist clients who paid but did not receive cheques.Request fiscal certificates for taxes.Provide information about the legal conditions of voucher usage.Act as the connection between the regions, cleaning companies, and customers.Requirements:Fluent in Dutch or Flemish (oral and written).Proficient in English.Experience with CRM systems & MS Office.Excellent written skills.Diploma of Secondary Education.Contact center experience is an asset.Strong social-communicative skills: Persuasiveness, customer orientation, effective communication, and listening skills.Intellectual competencies: Analytical thinking, continuous learning.Emotional competencies: Positive thinking, self-motivation, self-confidence.Task-oriented competencies: Quality of work, flexibility, sales ability, result-orientation, multitasking.Our Offer:Paid training.Fun, people-oriented call center.Market-based basic salary.Growth opportunities.Relocation Package.Location: Work from home, Greece.
