To answer incoming calls and emails about vouchers usage, ordering, reimbursement, and exchange: Registering and logging into the website Change of personal data Orders did not arrive The client paid but did not receive cheques Request for fiscal certificates for taxes To provide information about the legal conditions of voucher usage. To be the connection between the regions, cleaning companies, and costumers.
