Purpose of the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Consultant for the Dutch market, you will play a key role in identifying and delivering effective advertising solutions.
You'll work closely with Dutch companies and online advertising agencies to offer tailored digital marketing strategies, helping them meet their advertising goals.

In this target-driven role, you'll be responsible for achieving individual sales targets while being part of a larger sales team dedicated to growing the client's customer base across EMEA.
Additionally, you'll contribute to delivering excellent customer experiences and positively shaping the Dutch online marketing landscape.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative strategies to strengthen relationships with client companies and agencies by providing performance-enhancing recommendations and promoting additional Google products.Offer strategic consulting to businesses and agencies to help them maximize their return on investment (ROI) from advertising campaigns.Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.Engage proactively with clients via phone, video conferences, and email to build strong relationships and promote collaboration.Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.Native-level proficiency in Dutch and fluency in English (both written and spoken).At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, ideally with hands-on experience in building and optimizing PPC campaigns.0-1 year of sales experience, preferably within the digital marketing or advertising sector.Familiarity with Google products, such as Google Ads, AdSense, and YouTube.Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.Excellent presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Passion for marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a desire for continuous learning and growth.Benefits: Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).Permanent contract with competitive salary.Hybrid working model based in Barcelona.Referral program: Bring a friend and earn up to 2,000€ depending on language and project.Relocation support, including assistance with flights and accommodation.Four weeks of comprehensive onboarding and sales training.Continuous professional development with coaching, training, and certifications.Clear career progression opportunities within the company.Regular contests and competitions to reward top performers.Work with the world's largest provider of contact center services.A vibrant work environment with supportive colleagues, social activities, and personal development opportunities.Dynamic, business-casual office setting near the sea.
