Customer Support Agent Join a leading company in the Belgian telecom industry, providing a broad range of services, including fixed and mobile telephony, internet, and digital TV.

Position Summary In this role, you will assist customers with various inquiries related to their telecom services. This will involve resolving both administrative and technical issues.

After completing your training and gaining experience, you'll also manage inquiries through additional channels such as email and social media.

Qualifications: Excellent written communication skills. Strong analytical abilities and effective problem-solving skills. Empathetic approach to customer service.
