Dutch Customer Support In Madrid (Concierge)

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team for high-end automotive clients. This role requires native-level proficiency in Dutch and advanced proficiency in English. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality in all interactions. Responsibilities: Main point of contact for customers (coordination with markets, retailers including concierge roles, and internal stakeholders). Serve as a liaison with external suppliers to address and resolve premium customer requests. Solve customers' requests by always offering exquisite treatment. Manage incidents efficiently, guiding the management towards customer satisfaction and loyalty to avoid formal complaints. Requirements: Advanced Dutch level (min C2). Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1). Excellent coordination and communication skills. Proactive. Solution-oriented and flexible to find ways to facilitate solutions. Offer: Permanent contract. 39-hour work week. Availability required between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday. Supplementary bonus of 400€ gross per month for being available outside of working hours.
