Dutch Customer Support, Igaming Industry

The House Of Mercier is seeking a dedicated Dutch Customer Support Representative to join our expanding team in the exciting iGaming industry. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, providing exceptional service to our Dutch-speaking customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with their inquiries about gaming platforms, account issues, and promotions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience. If you're a friendly and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you on board!ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via live chat, email, and phone.Address inquiries related to games, player accounts, and promotions in a timely manner.Accurately document customer interactions and maintain thorough records in our support systems.Work closely with team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery.Encourage responsible gaming practices and provide relevant information about our services.Identify common issues and collaborate with the product team to find solutions.Adhere to company policies and best practices during customer interactions.RequirementsFluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of other languages is beneficial.Experience in customer support, particularly in the iGaming or gaming industry, is preferred.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.Familiarity with CRM tools and gaming platforms is a plus.A passion for the iGaming industry and a dedication to outstanding customer service.
