TasksHandling customer calls in Dutch and providing them with information and assistance about our services and vacational parks.Handle complaints and claims efficiently and respectfully.Resolve customer issues in an empathetic and honest manner.Work as a team player with other customer service representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.Keep an open mind to learn new skills and constantly improve your customer service skills.RequirementsPrevious experience in customer service.Fluency in Dutch and English.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work in a team.Flexibility to adapt to different situations.BenefitsCompetitive salary of 22K + 2K bonus for a 39-hour/week contract.
