Dutch Customer Service In Madrid

Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer support in Dutch and English via phone, email, and chat.Address inquiries related to products, order management, technical troubleshooting, and other customer service requests.Help customers navigate products and services, including processing changes, cancellations, and refunds as needed.Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction.Provide insights and feedback on recurring customer issues to enhance service quality and improve processes. Requirements: Native Dutch speaker with B2/C1 English proficiency.Must currently reside in Madrid and be available for on-site work during the initial six weeks.Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently after the training period and deliver remote support effectively.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.Comfortable using technology and quickly learning new systems.
