Your role In this role, you'll engage with high-profile clients from one of Europe's leading digital banks. Your responsibilities will include offering savings advice and introducing cutting-edge banking products with attractive returns. The primary focus is on addressing the needs of bank customers via various communication channels such as calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat, delivering top-notch service while showcasing innovative digital banking products in the German market. Responsibilities Provide customer service for banking-related issues like account opening, password locks, transfers, etc. Manage back-office tasks, including responding to emails and WhatsApp messages. Present and promote banking products. Adhere to transparency requirements, service information, and client protection regulations related to investment products. Report and follow up on application anomalies. Meet quality standards and sales objectives set by the entity. Requirements Education Preferred studies in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). Native-level proficiency in Dutch Good level of English Fluency in Spanish is considered as a plus.
