We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Dutch Customer Service Agent for an international energy company operating. This position is based in Barcelona and offers 32-39 hours per week.
What will you be doing? You will join a Dutch-speaking administrative customer service team with a diverse range of tasks. Some of your responsibilities include:
Acting as a crucial link between the customer and the organization.
Communicating with customers by phone and email (inbound).
Working in a solution-oriented manner to resolve complex issues on behalf of the customer.
Ensuring accurate administrative handling and follow-up on incoming queries and requests.
What do we require? Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of the English language.
At least a professional Bachelor's level of education.
Solution-oriented mindset.
Effective communication skills.
Familiarity with Windows Office.
Customer service experience is a plus.
