We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors for a customer in the banking sector . You end up on a project where accuracy is an absolute must. In this department you will handle questions from credit card holders and ensure the security and protection of customer data.For this project you will need to be able to maintain security procedures around sensitive data, but we will teach you everything during the paid training.
What are you going to do? Customer service, blocking of lost/stolen credit and debit cards. You handle questions from credit card holders and are responsible for the security and protection of credit card data. Identity checking, answering questions and explaining any steps to be followed are among your core tasks. Checking temporarily blocked cards for cardholder transactions or not. And permanently block or unblock the credit card. Handling claims files Who are we looking for? Preferably you already have experience in a call center, social skills and a positive attitude. You also have at least a professional Bachelor working and thinking level with strong communication skills.
