Responsibilities Engage with Dutch customers, addressing inquiries and providing expert guidance on our FinTech solutions.
Analyze and understand customer needs to offer tailored financial solutions effectively.
Resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient problem-solving.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collect feedback to improve our services and enhance the customer experience.
Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and boost overall service quality.
Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, products, and best practices to support our customers effectively.
Requirements Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the FinTech or financial services sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic approach to customer interactions.
Analytical mindset, capable of identifying and addressing customer needs.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to navigate financial software is a plus.
A genuine interest in FinTech and a passion for improving customer experiences.
