Dutch Content Moderator, Social Media - Barcelona

The House Of Mercier is excited to welcome a Dutch Content Moderator to our team in the vibrant city of Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for moderating user-generated content in Dutch on various social media platforms. Your main goal will be to ensure that all content adheres to our community guidelines, maintaining a safe and engaging online environment for users. Responsibilities Review and moderate user-generated content in Dutch across multiple social media platforms. Enforce community guidelines to promote a respectful and safe online atmosphere. Identify and quickly remove inappropriate or harmful content. Document moderation actions and communicate key insights to the relevant teams. Provide constructive feedback to enhance moderation processes and uphold community standards. Stay informed about trends and changes in social media regulations and best practices in content moderation. Collaborate with colleagues to improve workflows and maintain high-quality moderation standards. Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Previous experience in content moderation or a related position is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to remain neutral and handle sensitive content with professionalism.
