Dutch B2B Online Sales Representative

Do you speak native Dutch and are you looking for an exciting career opportunity in Spain? We seeking motivated B2B Online Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team in Alicante or Valencia. No previous experience required. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to develop their sales skills and thrive in a target-oriented environment.

Tasks

Cold calling companies to set appointments for Convins' clients.

Building and maintaining relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive outreach.

Analyzing customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Convins' services and market trends.

Requirements

Good command of the native Dutch language, both spoken and written.

Living in or near Alicante or Valencia or be willing to relocate.

Proactive attitude with commercial persuasiveness, analytical mindset, and customer friendliness.

Comfortable with a target-oriented work culture.

No previous experience required; we provide training and coaching in conversation and insight.

Benefits
Salary: €1823 - €2188 per month

Bonus Scheme: Realistic and achievable bonus scheme ranging from €500 to €2,000 gross per month.

Quarterly Bonus: 25% of a monthly salary.

Holiday: 30 paid vacation days per year.

Work Hours: 39 hours per week, with the possibility of hybrid work after the probation period.

Training: Comprehensive training and coaching provided.

Company Car: Possible after 7 months of employment.

Remote Work: Ability to work from home after the probation period, with at least one day per week in the office.

Additional Information:

Office Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours.

Contract Length: Permanent after a probation period of one month.

Clients Served: Law firms, banks, marketing agencies, and more.
