Durability Test Analysis Engineer

Kineton is looking for a talented Durability Test Analysis Engineer .
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the durability and reliability of our high-performance road cars.
You will be responsible for analyzing real-world vehicle usage data, creating test profiles, and executing analysis on vehicle and component-level tests.
Main responsibilities: ? Analyze real-world vehicle usage data to define high-level durability requirements; ? Create standard reference duty cycles and focused tests to simulate real-world conditions; ? Define and track fatigue KPIs to quantify component fatigue accumulation; ? Support durability testing activities, including data acquisition and analysis; ? Analyze durability data to assess the degradation of vehicle attributes and consumable items; ? Conduct root cause analysis of durability issues and validate countermeasures; ? Automate routine tasks using Python and MATLAB scripting to improve efficiency.
Skills & qualifications: ? Strong understanding of high-performance vehicle systems (HW and SW); ? Proficiency in data analysis techniques, statistics, and reliability engineering; ? Experience with data analysis and simulation software (Python, MATLAB, Simulink, N-Code); ? Familiarity with databases (SQL) and data visualization tools (PowerBI); ? Experience with automotive data acquisition systems and diagnostic tools; ? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ? Strong communication and collaboration skills; ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Excellent English communication skills are required, both verbal and written.
