The successful candidate will work within the family office, carrying out diverse responsibilities, including fraud detection, background checks, and financial data verification.

Key Responsibilities: Corporate Investigations: Conduct in-depth investigations into companies and individuals as part of pre-acquisition due diligence processes.
Fraud Detection: Analyze financial data, legal documents, and company records to identify potential risks and fraud.
Background Checks: Verify the credentials and reputations of individuals and entities to support informed decision-making.
Fieldwork & Surveillance: Carry out discreet surveillance and fieldwork assignments as required.
A valid driving license is essential.
Document Verification: Scrutinize financial, legal, and operational records to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
Candidate Profile: Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in due diligence or corporate investigations.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
Adaptable, discreet, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
Professional proficiency in Spanish and English is essential for communication and reporting.
Qualifications: Degree: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
A Forensic Accounting Degree is also highly valued.
Advanced Degrees: A Master's Degree in a related field, such as Forensic Accounting, Compliance, or Risk Management, is a bonus.
Certifications: Additional certifications are highly desirable, such as: Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) Certificate in Risk Management (CRM) ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System Certification Other relevant Spanish, EU, or international certifications in due diligence, fraud detection, or compliance.
