The Hitachi Global Due Diligence team provides fast-paced analysis and recommendations to Hitachi companies regarding the reputational fitness of third parties. The role offers opportunities for advancement as well as skillset and knowledge expansion as the team evolves to support the Hitachi companies.What You Will Be DoingUse on-line screening tools, on-line research, and interviews if required to evaluate third party for red flags.Interact with third parties and Hitachi Business Requestor to acquire and confirm information needed to make analysis.Analyze, unravel, and map complicated or hidden third party ownership structures.Demonstrate deductive reasoning needed to uncover concealed third-party red flags.Draft concise reports, outlining findings and recommendations for addressing red flags presented.Present findings and recommendations to Hitachi requester.Provide trend analysis to facilitate strategic decisions.Interpret analytics needed to make continuous improvements to due diligence and risk assessment processes.Work with select Hitachi companies to develop third party risk profiles and due diligence strategies.Train the business about third party red flags and due diligence processes when needed.Support the expansion of the team including interviewing and selection process.Supervise and train new analysts joining the team as the demand for 3rd party DD report grows.Support the strategic development of the DD platform to meet Hitachi requirements.What You Bring To the TeamMinimum 5 years' experience performing complex corporate compliance due diligence, prior team leadership is a plus.Demonstrated experience presenting due diligence findings to management.Detailed knowledge of corporate compliance regulations and reputational risks (e.G., anti-bribery, competition, anti-money laundering, fraud, and other financial crimes, as well as conflicts of interest analysis, etc.).Proficiency in Office365 products and third-party management software.Excellent report writing skills (e.G., concise, well-reasoned, and clear recommendations).Strong team player.Business fluency in English and either Chinese, Arabic, Spanish / Portuguese.With Japanese Roots Going Back Over 100 Years, Our Culture Is Founded On The Values Of Our Parent Company Expressed As The Hitachi SpiritWe are proud to say we are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all applicants for employment without attention to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.Wa - Harmony, Trust, RespectMakoto - Sincerity, Fairness, Honesty, IntegrityKaitakusha-Seishin - Pioneering Spirit, Challenge#J-18808-Ljbffr
