International Operational Excellence is a newly expanded organization, responsible for supporting our international Issuing and our international Acquiring businesses across 27+ markets in ensuring a robust first line of defense, and in playing an active role in supporting the Business meet its growth objectives whilst demonstrating an effective control framework.
Our organization helps our international businesses manage risk, respond to new regulation, and develop new products whilst creating and nurturing effective partnerships across multiple key stakeholders across the organization.
The organization also leads an enterprise-wide International Financial Crimes Transformation program and is building an international first line privacy function designed to strengthen our enterprise-wide controls around privacy and information protection.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage calendar activity: coordination and oversight of business meetings, making all necessary arrangements including sending invitations, reserving facilities, audio, telepresence and visual setup, transportation, catering and preparation of meeting materials or agendas where appropriate.
Support onboarding, including equipment, access and support with onboarding plans for new hires to the team.
Make travel arrangements and itineraries including air, hotel, transfers and visas.
Prepare, reconcile, and process expense reports in line with company and organization requirements using Concur Expense System.
Create and manage strong administration and approvals processes within the ICS team.
Manage general follow-up and generate reminders to effectively meet deadlines and commitments.
Procure laptops, office supplies, office space, etc.
and managing the procurement process including researching and approving invoices, and researching standard accounting errors
