What are we looking for? Requirements: 10+ years of experience in the correspondent banking business industry Outstanding and proven expertise of cash management and trade finance products for financial institutions In-depth knowledge of cross border payments space and new initiatives in our industry: ISO20022 migration, SWIFT new initiatives, instant, real-time payments solutions, etc. Broad knowledge of product development in cash management and trade finance for financial institutions Well balanced team player with an international mindset Very structured and organized Lateral thinker who likes to come up with outside-the-box solutions Proven communication and commercial skills Innovative and think big mindset Proven ability to build internal and external networks Fluent in English and Spanish Overview: BBVA Corporate & Investment Banking handles BBVA's investment banking, global lending and transactional businesses for international corporate clients and institutional investors. About the job: Responsibilities: Sale and acquisition of transactional products and services for International Financial Institutions customers. Identification of customer and regulatory needs. Industry analysis on products and markets trends. Usage of data to monitor business and reporting. Development of new transactional products and customer solutions for the IFI department. Lead and sponsor global and strategic IFI projects. Building a strong network of providers, understanding, monitoring and analyzing product and services capabilities. Representing BBVA at international forums in the industry. Collaboration with other units inside the BBVA Group.
