Our client is seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team and elevate our AI-driven SaaS product to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' success by helping them achieve their goals through the effective use of our software.
As an integral part of our commercial team, which includes Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales, you will focus on relationship building, with a strong emphasis on nurturing and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities will involve working with existing customers in the SME segment to secure contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. This position requires a hands-on approach, where you'll need to be comfortable picking up the phone and proactively arranging meetings. While most of our meetings are conducted digitally, there will also be opportunities for face-to-face interactions. The role will be offered full-time and is a permanent position with a 6-month probation period, fixed salary, and commission. Expected start date for this role is during the first months of 2025.
