Job Overview: Key Responsibilities Good skills in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS-Word and OCR. Attention to detail – to understand requests and make the appropriate questions in case of doubt to the corresponding audience. Communication skills – to properly explain the doubt and needs Analytical skills – to check the level of complexity of a task, the number of resources needed, request the missing information from client and deliver clear information about items/tasks that are not clear enough. Someone who asks questions – someone who is not afraid of asking questions. All questions are valid – there's no silly question-, to us in case we are still in the office or to PMO if already after CET working hours. Pro-active – to offer help, solutions where possible. Warn Project Manager of any concerns before it happens Initiative Taker – to propose/test different approaches for a specific task if he/she consider there are better ways of doing something. Also, share ideas for automations… Technical skills in InDesign and Illustrator – this is key to understanding most of the requirements Experience in formatting work in different languages will be preferable. Skills & Experience Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to prioritize and coordinate competing work demands and maintain composure under pressure. Packaging design experience. Fluent communication skills of written and verbal English. Good working knowledge of Spanish will be a plus. Ability to report work orally and in writing as required. Ability to understand, apply and use personal computers and software applications (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, CRM/AURORA/other production software, CAT Tools, Office 365/Skype). A team player who can collaborate effectively with a diverse group of individuals. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information regarding company financial and other information. Ability to resolve customer service and production issues in a professional and efficient manner.
