We're looking for a Junior Quality and Maintenance Manager to join our Team in Madrid.
How you'll be hosting with heart: You help the Quality & Maintenance team to oversee our properties during the daily operations and work closely with the Operations team to help in the development of the internal tech tools.
You work collaboratively with internal clients, project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, councils and utilities among other stakeholders.
You make site visits and inspections, prepare briefs for investigations, surveys and monitoring and will be responsible for accurate note-taking, action recording and tracking.
You analyze and specify requirements to ensure that these meet the business needs and can be easily shared and understood by our internal team and external partners.
You support the development of the Quality and Maintenance operators onsite and develop internal processes to support the remote structure.
What you need to shoot for the stars: You have 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, maintenance management, facilities management, and outsourcing and a background in business administration/economics/finance.
You communicate confidently with customers, partners and site managers (on-site) at a professional level of Spanish and are fluent in English.
Portuguese is a plus.
You have the ability to organize projects, deadlines, and responsibilities.
You think out of the box and act solution oriented.
You are willing to travel around our properties to guarantee the Quality of our product.
