Job Purpose: Strategic coordination of expansion of AmRest brands in Spain & Portugal in terms of trade zones and potential locations.
Development of short and long-term expansion strategies in the selected region.
Geospatial recommendations on each stage of the life cycle of AmRest restaurants in Spain & Portugal in order to support sustainable, profitable growth of the company (ROIC & CF).
Your responsibilities:
Acts as a center for geospatial analytics in Spain & Portugal region.Delivers location intelligence services in the region.Defines specific trade zones for new stores and prioritize them.Supports growth of the franchised business for AmRest brands in the region.Evaluates new potential locations to ensure new openings deliver on Capex expectations.Prepares professional site assessments and turnover estimations in order to secure profitability of the further AmRest expansion.Prepares post-opening analyses in order to identify key learnings for future expansion.What we offer:

Experience in similar functions (it is a must).Knowledge of the following GIS platforms, such as GEOBLINK, ArcGIS, CARTO... (it is a must).High communicative knowledge of English both written and spoken (min.
B2/C1).Full proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point).Creativity, unconventional thinking, problem-solving skills, analytical skills.Previous experience in the gastronomy industry will be considered as an additional advantage.
