Dtc & E-Retail Manager

WOW is seeking a highly skilled and experienced DTC & E-Retail Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the DTC ecosystem and will be responsible for leading and engaging local teams, providing analytical support, managing various agencies, and delivering comprehensive reporting to internal stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for execution of promotion calendar activations in the channel and specialactivations aligned with DTC & Brands Managers.Accountable for adaptation of the global DTC objectives to the local ones.Responsible to define and control with DTC Manager the optimum budget to reach yearlyDTC objectives.Audit and recommend improvements to our DTC (assets for AB tests, landing page,purchase funnel, ......), and align on action plan with marketing team.Responsible of Reporting: monthly internal local & global dashboard (MRD) and every quarterBusiness review.Responsible to align total online calendar to maximize opportunities with rest of e-commercecustomers (E-commerce Manager).QualificationsProven experience (+5 years) in project management, specifically within the DTC ecosystem.Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration.Experience managing relationships with external agencies and optimizing their contributions to overall business objectives.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
